By accessing or using VisPro Complete ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
VisPro Complete is a collaborative platform designed for law firms to manage VA benefit claims, forms, documents, and client records. The Service provides tools for claim tracking, document management, and team collaboration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tuck Software Group and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
In no event shall VisPro Complete, its directors, employees, partners, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
The VisProComplete SMS program is operated by Veterans Benefits Software Inc and is used to provide account security and two-factor authentication codes to VisProComplete users.
By providing your mobile phone number and expressly opting in during registration, you agree to receive SMS messages from VisProComplete for authentication and account-security purposes. These messages are not marketing messages.
Message frequency varies based on login and account security activity. Message and data rates may apply.
For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at support@visprocomplete.com.
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed from SMS messaging.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your use of the SMS program is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
